Vanessa Concari has been admitted to the Verona Bar since 2007. She is also listed in the register of professionals appointed by the judicial authorities to perform management and supervisory functions in proceedings governed by the Italian Crisis and Insolvency Code.
Her practice focuses primarily on assisting and supporting companies with legal management matters, ranging from contract drafting and negotiation to advice on capital transactions and business growth.
She operates in the fields of corporate law, corporate crisis management and insolvency proceedings, drawing on the extensive experience she has gained over the years.
Since 2005, she has received appointments from the Court of Verona as an Insolvency Administrator and Judicial Commissioner.
Since 2017, she has supported innovative start-ups with the aim of turning promising ideas into viable businesses, assisting them from incorporation through fundraising and business development.
She drafted Italy’s first set of regulations governing participating financial instruments, known as SFPs. The Italian Ministry of Economic Development subsequently requested that the regulations be used as the basis for creating a standard model available to all innovative start-ups.
