Silvia Simoni holds a degree in Economics and Business and a postgraduate university master’s degree in Business Intelligence. She is a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor.

She gained several years of experience at two leading audit firms before serving as CFO in both commercial and manufacturing companies, as well as Chief Executive Officer of SMEs.

She has participated in numerous turnaround management and corporate restructuring projects, as well as in the implementation of financial needs assessment systems and business management systems. She specialises in management control, financial statement and financial analysis, and due diligence. She also works as a temporary manager on projects aimed at supporting companies in their transformation processes and improving their performance.
