Rosanna Gaburro is chartered accountant and statutory auditor, graduated in Political Science with a specialisation in economics from the University of Padua. She has over twenty years of experience in tax and corporate consulting, with a particular focus on issues related to the preparation of financial statements and consolidated accounts.

She also assists companies in the area of corporate restructuring, providing qualified support in extraordinary transactions such as mergers, acquisitions and corporate reorganisations.

She holds positions as Statutory Auditor and member of Boards of Statutory Auditors in companies of various sizes.
