Michele Ceradini holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan. He is certified as an EGE (Expert in Energy Management) for civil and industrial sectors, a certification issued by ICMQ in compliance with the UNI CEI 11339:2009 standard.

He specializes in strategies, policies, and reporting on ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) matters, and coordinates the working group on these topics within the SLT.

Additionally, he focuses on technical and environmental compliance, consultancy on energy regulations, energy audits in civil and industrial sectors, relations with GSE (Italian energy services manager), activation of energy production plants powered by renewable and conventional sources, mandatory compliance, facilitation measures, and securing energy efficiency incentives.

Previously, he gained significant experience in the manufacturing industry, focusing on industrial logistics, including demand planning, production scheduling, and procurement.
