She is also listed in the register of professionals appointed by the judicial authorities to perform management and supervisory functions in proceedings governed by the Italian Crisis and Insolvency Code.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Her practice focuses primarily on assisting and supporting companies with legal management matters, ranging from contract drafting and negotiation to advice on capital transactions and business growth.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">She operates in the fields of corporate law, corporate crisis management and insolvency proceedings, drawing on the extensive experience she has gained over the years.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Since 2005, she has received appointments from the Court of Verona as an Insolvency Administrator and Judicial Commissioner.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Since 2017, she has supported innovative start-ups with the aim of turning promising ideas into viable businesses, assisting them from incorporation through fundraising and business development.<\/p>\n<p>She drafted Italy\u2019s first set of regulations governing participating financial instruments, known as SFPs.
